Welcome to the One Digital HR Learning Management System (LMS) operated by the Human Resources Department of GMA Network, Inc. By registering for and using this LMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LMS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the LMS.

2. Eligibility

The LMS is intended for use by employees of GMA Network, Inc., and in certain cases, project employees, consultants, and applicants with prior approval from the Human Resources Development Department. By using the LMS, you represent that you are authorized to access and use the LMS for these purposes.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the LMS

• The LMS and its content are for workplace learning and development purposes only.
• You may not use the LMS for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the LMS's operation or security.

5. Course Content

• Courses are developed by in-house instructors and third-party vendors.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the LMS, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is the property of GMA Network, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• GMA Network, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the LMS.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the LMS after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the Company rules and regulations and by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic Act No. 10173 also known as “The Data Privacy Act of 2012”.
